You can experience cooking Kochi\u2019s local cuisine \u201cLightly roasted Bonito\u201d and make dried fish from locally caught fish. There are two courses in the \u201cLightly roasted Bonito\u201d experience. In the beginner course, you grill the bonito fish which has been sliced for cooking. At the junior course, you start from slicing the fish and then grill it. From the outdoor terrace, you can enjoy the scenic coastal view of the harbor and Kure township.<\/p>\n<p>The experience courses are offered only during the of bonito fishing season of April through October.<br \/>\nReservation is required.
